Westbooks is a West Australian family owned and operated business established in the 1980s. We have been supplying school and public libraries in metropolitan and country regions for over 20 years.

Westbooks has grown to become the largest independent local supplier of book and non-book material to libraries in WA. As the primary supplier of titles released in Australia in adult fiction/non-fiction and junior fiction/non-fiction to the State Library of Western Australia (SLWA) we have established a reputation of excellence in service and delivery.

Westbooks’ staff are knowledgeable and passionate about literature, and are committed to providing the highest standard of service and support to our library customers.

As the only local specialised library supplier with sales consultants who regularly visit your area, we have an understanding of the diversity and needs of your local community. We are able to provide advice, and to source appropriate materials, for your library from a range of publishers in Australia and overseas. From the sourcing and acquisition of back-listed titles to the efficient and timely delivery of shelf ready new releases, Westbooks has the team and capacity to meet all your library needs.
