Terms and Conditions

1. All web orders are firm sale.
2. Westbooks does not accept returns of firm sale items.
3. Returns will only be accepted in cases of goods received damaged and/or misbound. Please choose carefully.
4. Westbooks must be notified of items received damaged and/or misbound within 7 days for a full credit.
5. Backlist titles can only be ordered as a firm sale and as pre-arranged with management.
6. Order cancellations are only accepted by Westbooks within 24 hours of placement of said order after which time orders will be invoiced to the customer.
7. Quotations are valid for a period of 14 days after issue.
8. Westbooks cannot guarantee price or availability of items ordered through an expired quotation.
9. Normal school discount will apply except in cases of nett titles.
10. Accounts must be finalized within 30 days.
11. Westbooks does not accept responsibility for publisher changes to cover art, format or depicted content.
12. Although Westbooks endeavours to provide the most current title information, price and availability are subject to publisher change without notice.

1. Any items viewed must be returned in mint saleable condition with no observable signs of use.
2. All items chosen are considered a firm sale.
3. Items not usually held in stock by Westbooks cannot be ordered for individual viewing.
4. Items returned damaged will be invoiced.
5. Non-book items (audio book, CD, DVD etc) must be returned with seal and/or shrink wrap intact.
